Q1. Is it safe to enter my card details when ordering at theofficecollection.co.uk?
A. Yes. When you press end order you will be transferred to a secure (padlocked & encrypted) page to enter your card details securely and any sensitive data is encrypted so that nobody can read it - check for the padlock in your browser.

Q2. Do you deliver outside mainland UK?
Yes, we deliver within Europe to Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Ireland, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Austria and Finland
We can also deliver to the USA

Q3. How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is FREE within the UK - we just have a £5 minimum order
Delivery to EU countries is £3 and to the USA is £5

Q4. Where’s my order?
You can track your order by emailing us at sales@theofficecollection.co.uk

Q5. I have ordered more than one item, when should I expect to receive them?
If one or more items are out of stock, then we may part despatch your order, with any back ordered items to follow as soon as available.

Q6. When will you debit my account?
Your card will be debited upon despatch, or when we begin again engraving.

Q7. I want to place an order for a gift. Will the value of the goods appear on the packing slip?
No

Q8. Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
A. No. However you can leave a gift message on the packing slip. Please leave instructions in the "Additional Info" box on the checkout page.

Q9. Can I get an invoice for my order?
An invoice will automatically be sent with the goods. If the recipient name is different to the billing name, then we will send a packing note with the goods to the delivery address, and forward the invoice to to the billing address.

Q10. How do I cancel my order?
A. Email sales@theofficecollection.co.uk immediately. If the order has already left our warehouse you will have to follow our returns & refunds instructions.

Q11. What if I’m not in when you deliver?
A. Our carrier (usually Royal Mail) will leave a card to let you know they called. You can then contact them to re-arrange delivery, or collect from the sorting office.

Q12. I still haven’t received my order despite receiving a dispatch email.
A. Please email sales@theofficecollection.co.uk or telephone 01543 466882 so we can find out what has happened.
